Dear Wonderful Backers, We have some exciting news - the first batch of 100 devices are near completion. The devices are looking incredible, the packaging is breathtaking and the app is fresh.

Results from our Pilot at Sheba Medical Hospital
As part of the growing concern of hospital-acquired infections, in August 2019, Aura Air performed a trial in collaboration with The Department of General and Oncological Surgery at The Chaim Sheba Medical Center in the installation of air purifiers for the purpose of disinfecting and purifying the air from various pollutants.
Initial results showed a remarkable ability of the purification device to disinfect various bacteria. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, in Wuhan, China, the focus of the global medical community has changed from preventing hospital-acquired bacterial infections into preventing the viral spread of SARS-CoV-2.

We are super excited to see all of the hustle and bustle around the office. Here at Aura Air, we are anticipating the concluding steps of production and diligently getting allthe final details readyin time for shipping.
Keep an eye out :) We will notify you when your order is being prepared for delivery, to confirm your address and all the necessary details.
We will be shipping the first batch of test devices starting at the end of July, and the larger batches in August, September, and October. We will inform all of our Backers with the exact information once we reach closer to these deadlines and promise to do everything possible to get you your order ASAP.

With a few more tweaks and tugs, here's the latest update on our collaboration with Sar-El Tours!
Sar-El Tours is one of the leading travel agencies for incoming tourism here in Israel. With the finest travel agents and tailored tours, Sar-El takes care of all of the planning, arrangements, and details.
We have already adapted the Aura Air device to fit their tour busses - Installing Aura Air purifiers will enable a safe and secured environment for both their staff and customers, as well as, encourage tourism to continue to take place and thrive.

Beginning in August 2019, Aura Smart Air and Surgical Department C of Sheba Tel Hashomer Medical Center have performed an initial experiment in the programming of Aura air purifiers for monitoring and filtering the air of various pollutants in the hospital. This will enable the medical staff and team a safe and productive work environment, as well as, encourage a healthier hospital stay for patients. Results are looking promising, and we at Aura, are so proud to use our innovative technologies to reach an effective solution.

Dear Backers,
We are thrilled to share some of the wonderful accomplishments and ongoing projects happening at Aura these days. The different departments within the company have each set definitive goals and objectives in our preparation for the final Aura Air launch date. Therefore, we are happy to let you in on those accomplishments with the following update.
The COVID-19's Impact on Aura
Two unimaginable things happened during these unusual times in which the world is facing a highly infectious disease. The first, Aura Air demand sparked. The second, many companies have choses to use Aura Air - not only as an air purifier but also as a stabilizer, to proactively treat their businesses in returning to work.
We’ve created a strategic collaboration with the Surgery C Department and the Infectious Department of Sheba, Tel-Hashomer, Hospital. We are working with the heads of the Departments, Prof. Aviram Nissan, and Prof. Gili Regev. We are currently in the midst of a clinical trial in disinfecting the Coronavirus. Sheba Medical Center purchased the virus and started an incubation process in their laboratory. As for the timeline of the project, we expect to start getting initial results on the effectiveness of disinfecting the virus in roughly three weeks.
The Aura Air App - Our app is now available on the app store (IOS and Android)!
Voice Assistant - We have developed and launched the final Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant Voice assistants to stores.
Delivery
As we mentioned in our last update, the first 100 devices will be produced and sent this month!!!
We’ve finally completed preparations for the production line and this month we are delivering the first batch of Test Devices! 🥳
This means that by the next update we will have a clearer timeline and images of the first completed batch:) Once we receive these devices and verify and approve their functionality and design, the next batch will begin. It truly doesn't get any more exciting then this, everything we have prepared for is ultimately happening and we want to use this opportunity to say THANK YOU. Thank you to our first backers who have made this possible, for sticking by our side through the delays and challenges and sending kind words and showing patience and understanding while we develop this incredibly important project.

Dear Backers,
We've recently gotten some great feedback from our much-appreciated Backers, on where the Aura device stands, what progress we've made thus far, and what's left. The following update is all about providing you that information as clearly as possible.
We've put together this timeline to show you the amazing accomplishments and challenges we've overcome in the process. With that being said, there is still some unclarity and it's important for us to communicate that, specifically with the timeline. The COVID-19 has influenced the market on a global level - but we can assure progress and production have continued and are stronger than ever. Things are moving along and we are very pleased with the features and advancements this time has provided us in creating an outstanding device.

First of all, we'd like to start by saying we hope all of our incredible Backers and your families are safe and healthy. This is a difficult time for everyone around the world and we hope for better times to come soon. On our end, things are running, as usual, everyone is healthy and we have adapted our work environment to the recommendations and instructions.
Secondly, we'd like to say thank you to all of our wonderful supporters during this campaign. We know there have been many changes and adaptations you've all had to make along the way, and these factors have certainly been untimely on both sides. As production and manufacturing are coming along, we have been diligently working to accelerate the set timeline, however, the circumstances we are facing have put us time after time in a position to delay what we had previously planned. With that being said, we'd like to express the great appreciation we have to all those who have put trust, patience, and understanding throughout this process. On our side, we can assure you that you will all receive a top-quality air purifier, that will change everything you've ever known about air quality. We are taking advantage of these days to sharpen the device's features and the app - perfecting very inch and detail so that everything is prepared when the time comes for shipping.
The Focus Group provided us with meaningful insights and these days we are working on adapting the feedback and comments to the app - tweaking and improving the app. Thank you to all the awesome participants for the help!
A more accurate timeline will be given once things settle down around the world and all of our vendors return to full functioning. We believe in openness and honesty with our Backers, and therefore, prefer to hold off with the final delivery date to a time when we have more information to share with you all.
