We would like to start off by wishing everyone a happy new year and a much pleasanter 2021.
We at Aura Air, are working hard on shipping all of your orders as well as developing and improving the Aura Air app and its features, expanding globally and opening up more warehouses around the world. Aura Air has become a global resource in enabling companies and individuals to return to their lives and businesses before COVID-19.

These next few weeks will be essential in the preparation of shipments to other locations that were more challenging to ship to. Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, UK, and Canada are all being prepared and we will send out shipping & tracking information as soon as your orders are packaged and sent out. Dear Aura Air Backers!
We are excited to share that we have finally begun shipping the first batches of Aura Air devicesglobally.
With that being said, there are certain destinations for which shipping could be a little more tricky to reach, especially these days, but that is not an issue, we are still diligently working on getting people their orders as soon as we possibly can. Therefore, we put together this timeline that will provide more clarity on shipping arrangements.
Shipping Timeline
*Please note, each globe symbolizes the start of shipping to these locations and not the completion of shipping :) So give us some time to reach you. The arrows are currently unlimited but we do expect to complete shipment of most locations before March/April 2021.
*Also, the Holiday season is beginning soon, and with that some shipping delays worldwide that may influence orders that have already been shipped out.
*A new Aura Air warehouse is being developed in Europe in February!
We understand the anticipation and wait has been long and we can guarantee that we have made our production line and logistics coordination much more reliable and efficient. It is important to understand that this takes time and we will not be able to complete everyone within a month. SO please be patient as we work hard to reach each and every one of our backers.
These past few weeks have been extremely exciting as over 250 Aura Air devices reached their new homes all over the world!!!! 🎉🎉 Check these out on our Instagram Page.
A Pallet Shipment of New Ray Filters has just arrived at our US warehouse. This means that a large number of US orders will be released within the next few weeks - keep an eye out for tracking information :)

Hi Everyone! Exciting update for you guys this month :)
This past month we sent out 250 devices to Backers all over the world!!! 🎉🎉
Shipping is still in progress (no worries :)) and as soon as your order heads your way, tracking information will be sent. If you haven't yet received tracking details it is because we haven't reached you yet - but we will, so just a bit more patience will help as we get to your order. This month another 250-300 devices will be shipped, mainly to the US as we have opened our new warehouses there, making shipping quicker and more accessible. We are working very hard on establishing successful shipment strategies for the rest of our Backers and will get your orders to you as well.

Thank you to all of our incredible Backers for taking such an important part in our journey to pure air. This past month we have delivered 10 devices to Kickstarter Backers.
This month, we are sending over 250 devices to Kickstarter Backers all over the world!!! 🎉🎉
And we could NOT be MORE excited!!!!
The delivery will be in batches by countries. With time, as we continue to upgrade and increase the rates of our production line, we will have a clearer understanding of our shipping timeline to each destination for the next batches coming ahead. The October batch will be mainly to the US. The current estimate is about 250 devices each month with the desire to increase this number. As mentioned previously, with time, we will have a much clearer timeline.
Emails are being sent to notify you when your order is in the next batch and as soon as your order heads your way, we will send you the tracking information :)

The moment we have all been waiting for .....
Shipping Has Officially Begun!
Dear Backers, this past month has been filled with exciting preparations and accomplishments! We have arranged and finalized the details in time for shipping and launchedour Mass Production Line in Beth-El Industries, Caesarea. We even had the privilege to send out 10 devices to 10 lucky Backers!
Shipping will be arranged by batches of countries. As production rolls along, the production line will become more and more efficient and productive, producing more Aura devices each month. This means the batches will get larger and larger with time :)
What now?
All you have to do in the meantime is to stay updated on our posts, double-check your address hasn't changed since you placed your order, and if so, shoot us an email to [email protected]
Once your order is ready for shipment we will send you the tracking information so you can stay updated on the process. Lastly, clear up some space on your wall and plan where you desire to place your Aura Device :)
