Our official website & online store is being translated to French, German, Spanish, Hebrew, Greek, Mandarin, & Italian. Soon you will be able to enjoy our content in your preferred language! :)
The EU website will be released by the end of June and will enable shipping in less than 72 hours to EU countries 🤩
What's left?
8 Orders to the UK which are currently being arranged. Tracking info will be sent out as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse. 5 additional orders to countries in Asia - shipment logistics are being worked out.

European orders are currently being packaged, labeled, and shipped from our EU warehouse located in the Netherlands.
Keep an eye out for tracking numbers being sent via email :)
We are currently developing an online store that will enable shipping in less than 72 hours to EU countries.

New Update: April Update 🎉

To all of our amazing Backers and Supporters, we can already feel the end of this project.
Around 80% of all Kickstarter orders have been shipped out, leaving final US orders, Europe, 20 orders in Thailand/India/Taiwan, and 5 orders in South America.
The Updated Shipping Timeline for April
The US 🇺🇸
Since the last update, we've settled a contract with a new US carrier company that has already shipped most of the US orders. About 20 final orders were left (as they waited for Ray Filters to arrive) and throughout next week the final orders will be prepared and shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent out to these final Backers in the next 2 weeks, concluding all of Kickstarter US Orders!
Shipments in April 📦
US, Thailand, India, and Taiwan Tracking Numbers have been sent out to everyone this week.
Currently being prepared for shipment are orders to Taiwan, India & Thailand !! 🎉
Europe 🌍
❗❗❗❗ For address changes, please reach out to [email protected] - this will help prevent issues with shipping when the time comes❗❗❗❗
Our EU Warehouse is expecting 750 New Aura Air devices and 550 Ray Filters.
Their expected arrival date has been updated to April 16th and then, processing, packaging, and shipping will begin.
The advantage of shipping from an EU Warehouse: there are no Customs fees, just VAT.
We hope this news has brought some clarity and assurance that we are doing everything possible to get your orders out to you as soon as we possibly can!

We cannot believe that shipping is almost over 🤭 😱 🤯 !!
The Updated Shipping Timeline for March
The US
As you all know, shipping within the US is still in progress. Our previous carrier company has been splitting up orders into items and charging shipping per item (For example, a customer who has ordered 2 Aura's + 4 Filters = 6 items ). Since this update, we've closed a deal with a new US carrier company that is already preparing your orders for shipment these days. Tracking numbers will be sent out to these final Backers in the next 2 weeks - and then US shipping will have come to an end.
We thank you for the understanding - the wait is almost over, we promise!
Shipments in March ✈️
Australia & New Zealand Tracking Numbers have been sent out to everyone this week.
Currently being prepared for shipment are orders to Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, India & Thailand !! 🎉
Europe

New Update: Lets cut to the chase - Early February Shipping Timeline 🎉

Let's cut to the chase - we have some exciting progress to share with you 🎉!
Since the last update, some impressive advancements have been happening at Aura, so we wanted to surprise you with an early update on shipping :)
The Updated Shipping Timeline
The US
As you all know, shipping within the US is still in progress. An issue we have encountered with our Courier company is sending out larger batches of devices. Unfortunately, our carrier company has been splitting up orders into items and charging shipping per item (For example, a customer who has ordered 2 Aura's + 4 Filters = 6 items ). So we are trying to work out a solution that would be more convenient on your end (You won't have to receive 6 individual tracking numbers and separately delivered items) and we won't be required to pay for each item individually. I hope this will be sorted out in the next few weeks so we can send out these larger orders asap.

Europe
BIG NEWS! We are currently finalizing an agreement with an EU warehouse in the Netherlands. This will enable shipments within Europe in a matter of days - as soon as the inventory arrives and logistics are coordinated.
As soon as this is sorted, shipments within the EU will take place and we will update you guys on our progress. We hope to begin sending out orders by mid-March! 🎉

Shipments in February ✈️
Canada, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Maldives, Russia, Australia & New Zealand.
